We are managing to keep warm ok here. Though this is largely due to the fact that our heat and hot water is on a communal system for our block of flats. This is paid for along with the rent. It's not cheap at all, but at least we are warm.......We are then metered separately for cooking/showers/devices etc. Lots of stews and soups etc in my trusty slow cooker!!
