Have you ever had to leave a job because of a lack of support? What do you wish had been different?

Hello everyone based on your question lack of support can make someone lose their job, for example the company and co- workers are not good to you, or the job you are doing cause you back pain, and also chest pain, and the company is doing anything in getting the equipment needed to carry out the job I will kindly leave because health is very important.
