What should be the priorities of the Child Poverty Strategy?

Same as last week I want to mention here that government should prioritise people's disabilities when measuring child poverty. Children are directly affected by disability if they are otherwise indirectly affected if their parents or others in a family have disabilities. So, disability need to be given priority in all aspects of considering child poverty.
