Struggling with black mould in a council flat. I have tried everything to clean it, but it keeps growing. The estate manager just comes to coat it with paint - which doesn't help that much as it reoccurs after few weeks. Really sad as it makes my kids sick. In fact, they cannot sleep in their room as it is so cold and no heating seems to work.
