What would a successful Child Poverty Strategy look like?

It would help reduce costs of families - making housing more affordable, supporting parents with essentials such as school uniforms, food, and other basic necessities, and boosting the wages of parents. There would need to be clear targets set and not just vague support. Also, not one-time support, but continuous as the child grows.
