How does the benefit system handle changes of circumstance?As a family we currently claim universal credit.
It was easy enough to change job circumstances on the journal that they provide.
When changing bank details that required going into the Jobcentre which, if you work, can be hard to do. Otherwise, it could mean taking time off work to do it.
