My son is at High school year 10, now going to year 11. I had to say no to a residential trip that was £300. It is Impossible to find money for these type of trips.

for me even trips to local areas which cost between £10-£20 pound is difficult to pay for. I try to budget for visits linked to subject areas.

Fun trips are no longer affordable, I do feel really guilty and sorry that my son can't join his classmates on some trips.
